    Pics of me, and how do i get to look like this guy? I think i have that body type

    Here are some pics of me non flexing about 2 weeks ago, and flexing today. But what would i need to do to get this guys' body type.

    The best advice I could give you would be to stay consistent. Unfortunately, your not going to be like that in a months time.. it will take a while.

    Once a week is good. Isolate your bi's/tri's once a week and then do like legs or somethin that next day.

It doesn't take that long to get a body like that with the right protein intake and the right dedication in the gym unless your parents were ethiopian and you have the crappiest genetics on the face of the planet.

    You are not that much behind this guy. You are young so the harsh reality is you are probably 2 -3 years away from achieving the full dvelopment of a body like this. My best advice to you is eat everything around all day long and train like a mad man. To tell you the truth you can and will achieve a similar body like this if you stay consitant with lifting and eating. You almost need to become obsessed with lifting, and the rest will take care of its self and before you know it you will be looking better then the body you are trying to obtain. GOOD LUCK..
