Try 8 hour days with kids, not to mention hundreds in a given day. Depending on the grade you teach (I am certified to teach K-12) it can be a nightmare, or it can be a walk in the park. I find the kids in grades 5-8 the best, 9-12 are trouble, and below is not bad, just have to have a lot of patience.
I also enjoy working with IEP kids (those with disabilities) it really makes you see how good you are at teaching someone who is practically excluded from the classroom and getting them to be engaged in activity.

I work with kids at all ages as well. Sometimes as many as 20-30 kids all by myself. So one hour is good enough for me lol I do a little more than an hour but one hour is plenty haha. Yea I myself have a learning disability. So i know what thats like. Definitely a challenge and a challenge to be around those types of kids. I hated it at first lol. Big props to you for all that!

There are teachers for everything bro, it shows you have the patience and dignity to help those with disabilites to succeed. A good head on your shoulders...
Last week of Mesocycle #4, then taking a week off after this final week. Really gonna push hard and try to improve on last week, may test the 140's for DB Bench, and aim for a double/triple on 405 depending on how things go.
Lets roll!

What is wrong with him asking if you do sumo squats? It's a totally different exercise from the video. Watching that video wouldnt tell us if you did front or hack squats would it?

A hack squat and a front squat do not = Back Squat. That is pretty self explanatory.
Dont know if trolling...
Thats the one, it is not a sumo squat, or else my legs would be much further separated and outward. I do my squats this way due to the sumo deadlifts because of the amount of tension that is placed on my hamstrings during that, and a closer squat stance (it feels natural to me) this is why i squat that way . just through trial and error.
