Leg day in the morning .. tight hamstrings/glutes/hip flexor and slight lower back pain .... hmmmm this should be fun!
I'll start out light on the squats and see what happens, if all else fails I'll just hit the machines until I can't walk to the next one!

I lol at all the guys in the gym that have small legs but huge chest + arms. While its nice to have huge arms + chest, you look retarded in shorts if your legs are not close to your upper body. I've literally seen guys with prolly 17-18 inch arms and wicked big chests with prolly the same size legs as me or maybe a little bigger but since they weigh more. Pretty sad IMO. I want to go up and be like "you are doing it wrong".

Legs are by far the best part of the body to train, if I could do *one* exercise and only *one* exercise it would be squats or deadlifts(tough choice!). The real power and strength is in your legs, that's where the "functional" strength comes in, like the roots/trunk of a tree. Yes training legs is tough, its rough walking after working out, its really tough having sore legs but small price to pay for the sheer strength it gives you.
