I remember you from during my prep . Now that you have seen the light and understand sensible dieting, will you be trying things a bit differently during your next prep? Speaking of which, when is your next prep?
You know, I don't really like them all that much. At first I was like "yeah these are good." but I only had a handful of them right out of the box and I was ravenously hungry at the time. I'm probably going to just incorporate them into various bowls until they're gone. I should have got the regular flavor... lol

So just worked on some school work, etc. Had a nice long talk with my bro on the phone about the possible move up to Wisconsin. Looks like things will come together late September/early October, so I still have some time! I actually haven't even changed out of my pj's today and it's 7pm lulz. I really didn't sleep well last night I was up at 5am, couldn't fall back asleep so I played some FFIV (final fantasy III in america, FFIV on FF anthologies). Only about 2 hours in now, but I have a feeling the story line will be epic! I just need enough time to play it now lol. Tomorrow starts deload week (boo!) then it's time to hit it hard again! Enjoy some pronz!
xln beef & sriracha on white rice, broccoli, frozen strawberry milkshake pop tart
whites + salsa, green beans, bagel 1/2 cream cheese & 1/2 smart balance
OMG loaf w/cut up reese's cups & choco chips, topped w/chocolate casein sludge and bananas
vanilla overnight oats w/cheerios, raspberries, cinnamon splenda
chicken breast w/franks wings sauce on toasted kaiser roll, brussel sprouts, sweet potato chips, caramel rice cake
whites + salsa, grits w/salt & smart balance
ingredients for OMG loaf - got the idea from Shaz!
2 whites
70g.complete ww pancake mix (hungry jack)
25g.oats
30g.ww flour
enough water to make pancake like batter
baking powder
16g. better n'pb
splenda
2 chopped up reeses cups
14g chocolate chips
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 mins allow to cool
topped w/ 33g. ON casein chocolate, 28g. ff cream cheese, 10g.sf/ff chocolate pudding mix, 16g. better n pb. (mixed with water and frozen as sludge)*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

grits FTMFW!!! i love grits, true southern boy here... lol. oddly enough my favorite way is with pb, sugar free syrup, walden farms caramel, cinnamon, and some truvia. simple, yet awesome. i'm coming off a deload, but i'm toying with the idea of bumping cals at the same time
