Ha ha. Yep!
I have Crimson Punch and the flavor was basically the same but it proves you don't need bulk.... The scoop size is almost 1/3. Without the whey in it, it is smoother. No sediment. The container is like an extended (taller) CarnoCre.

My Diet this week has been the same as usual, other than Monday when I got into work there were Easter Eggs on my desk and thru out the day people kept giving me more candy, I think just to joke at me lol.--------------------------------------------
