Quest Nutrition, a Southern California-based functional foods company, is premiering Quest Cravings, its revolutionary line of high-protein chocolate candy, direct to the ******** fans that have fueled the brands meteoric rise. The first products in the Quest Cravings line to be introduced are protein-rich Peanut Butter Cups and Chocolate Crunch Bars that provide 20+ grams of protein per serving, with only 1-3 grams of active carbs and no sugar used. Starting September 20, 2012, at 10:00 am PST, Quest Cravings will be available at ********.com/QuestNutrition during a two-week exclusive release. The product launch will introduce Chocolate Crunch Bars on September 20 followed by Peanut Butter Cups on September 27, with even more exciting products debuting throughout the year.
“Efforts to make a ‘better’ candy by reducing the amount of sugar are like trying to make a safer nuclear weapon by reducing the amount of plutonium. You can’t start with candy and work backwards, you have to rethink the whole process,” said Quest Nutrition Chief Executive Officer Ron Penna. “We focused on the impossible task of developing a great-tasting product that has true nutritional value. While most candy is just a sugar delivery device with less than 4% protein, Quest Cravings is a delicious protein delivery device comprised of nearly 45% protein. Our Chocolate Crunch Bar has more protein than 5 ounces of ground beef,” he continued.

In that case... would you still suggest your Inzer belt after the injury? This question is certainly open to everyone else in the thread as well. I need to buy a new belt and am willing to spring for a great one, but am a bit put off by your injury at the hands of the belt! I've had around 25 weeks of lower leg injuries and counting since May of 2011, so any additional injury risk scares the hell out of me (hence wanting a great belt in the first place, haha).

I would say the majority of all Inzer belt owners wouldn't hesistate in recommending buying one. I own one myself and I've only had it for about 3-4 months and I love it so far but I really haven't been able to really push my limits with it yet because I've been in contest prep the whole time. It really does provide great core support and just makes you feel solid during heavy squats/deads. The chances of injuring yourself because of a belt is pretty low and I think Billy is a rare case here. Things happen, such is life, but that doesn't mean you should live in fear.

Very fair point. Not to mention that an Inzer belt could, and likely does, have a lower probability of total injury risk compared to a cheaper belt even if accounting for a slightly hire risk of injury from the belt itself (Billy’s injury). Thanks for the input, I appreciate it.

To be honest, this is the first I am hearing of these lol... hopefully I will get the hook up and get to give them a test drive
I would definitely recommend one. I was a newb and didn't know how to wear it. Any belt can cause a rib injury if you are wearing it incorrectly. That being said, it's a high quality belt, and if I never got injured, I would completely love it lol*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

I was pretty pleased with my pressing today. I feel my military pressing may have suffered from pushing it pretty hard on bench, though. First time doing bb rows in forever, and they felt good. I kept the weight really light to focus on mmc and get the move down again. Two off days coming up!

I'll probably grab a prong come to think of it, just because I generally share this with my brother (training partner) and we aren't the same size. Last thread derail... I promise...
I'm taking a look at the Inzer site right now, and I have a couple of questions. The first, 13 MM vs. 10 MM? Second, they have a "bodybuilding tapered buckle" belt that's about half the price.
http://www.inzernet.com/detail_belt....B_TAPER_BUCKLE
Anything stand out that a belt newb like myself wouldn't pick up on? Sorry for the derail but I don't want to spend $50-$100 on something without having all of the facts!

Awesome workout! I'm starting to get my groove back on squats, and they felt really light (probably because there were, lol). I took very short rests during this workout and was done in about 45 mins. I also discovered a new way to make proats... lately they have been WAY too sweet for my liking, so I subbed a bit of whey for 100g. of ffgy, and WOW. Totally changes it up. If you haven't tried it, you should give it a shot!

Believe it or not guys, I actually gave it about 45 more seconds on high after adding the yogurt. I figure if you can bake with it, or make bob's new cookies in the micro with it, proats would work just fine. Just be sure to mix the ffgy in well!

enough water to form a thick batter
Simple, yet perfect!
I have been out of WF and don't want to spend $4 a bottle. I use this stuff now :

Definitely an improvement over last upper hyper day. Numbers seem to be climbing pretty steadily after my injury. Ribs are at about 95% now, which is great! I weigh in on Tuesday for the first time in a month lol. Should be interesting to see what happened, especially since I increased cals by 200 since the last time I weighed in.
