Hmm, not sure :/. I was considering running WSB again or perhaps a SS program just for the hell of it lol. I guess we shall see!
Bro routines can be fun, but I don't have a gym membership at the moment, therefore I don't have access to a curl rack... Lord knows a brogram isn't complete without a curl rack

I had an awesome day with the wifey yesterday. My parents bought us a ticket voucher to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra during Christmas and we finally got around to using it. I am somewhat of a musician myself and appreciate great music and Sarah has played the violin since she was 3. I got suited up, looking like a stud. It was a great time! After the show, we went to Sarah's favorite vegan diner, The Chicago Diner and I guesstimated macros there. It was purty damn tasty! I ended up having a bit of her turtle caramel crunch cake and her "country fried steak" as well. Fricking good! We didn't get back until 7:30pm (the concert was a matinee) and ended up going to the local fest over here. It was all right, but not too much going on. When I got home, one of my good friends I haven't seen in a long time was in the area, so he stopped by. Needless to say it was a long night and I did my sheiko workout today (instead of yesterday) on limited sleep lol. I sucked it up and got it done though!
oreo and reeses blast, pb, bananas
baked pasta w lean beef, italian cheese, turkey pepperoni, green peppers and sauce
pumpkin pancakes w smart balance and sf syrup
beef stir fry, billy's baked banana bread oatmeal
largest protein cake I've made w reester bunny inside, pb, cookie butter, vanilla bean ice cream - pic does not do it justice. those were roided out strawberries lol
200g. 90/10 burger, 2 slices american, onion, pickle, pretzel bun, fries
Last but not least... A vegan radical rueben from Sarah's favorite vegan diner downtown Chicago. The Chicago Diner. This thing was LEGIT. Amazing!
radical rueben w/ black bean corn salad

Beasting through those sheiko sessions in record time Billy! You make a good couple, looking the part in that suit too.
My sister is vegan too, so I've been taken to a few vegan restaurants that like to do plays on "normal" food. It tends to be pretty good, sometimes they come uncannily close to replicating the texture of meat or dairy based products. Would NEVER consider it as a lifestyle though. Pasta looks gorgreous btw

Hells yeah. I like to keep things moving
I didn't know your sis was vegan! Purty cool, dude. Some people are scared to try vegan food, I don't get it lol. Some of it is pretty legit. I think I'd be able to do vegetarian, but NEVER vegan lol. Mad props to your sister and Sarah.
Checking them out now! lol

Weight shot up like a mofo. I had a ridiculous amount of sodium the evening before. Sarah also talked me into drinking some sort of cleanse tea from her work.... it tasted awful. I was mad at her this morning because I thought "man I suffered through that and it didn't do anything." About 2 hours later, I dropped the kids off at the pool, not once, not twice, but 7 times! Yes, you heard right lol. It was EPIC

I have never been able to successfully complete all of it, around the part where it was you to hit 100% on rack pull deadlifts for a few sets of doubles. Im like FUUUUU sheiko, attempt, fail, try again, royally faily, set rack higher, fail..screw it kind of moments the 2 times I ran it, but I think I just suck at rack pulls haha.

100% for doubles that sounds ROUGH
food and workout look bomb as always Billy. what kind of wraps do you use? they look legit. i've been trying to find a decent wrap thats got good macros and doesn't taste like cardboard. those that don't are always a little out of my taste range for macros lol. maybe i just prepare them wrong tho"The weak-minded would shrink away from what must be done for fear of being ridiculed by the wicked" - Terry Goodkind

Sheiko is great. You can find excel spreadsheets all over the net. All you have to do is add in your maxes and it tells you what to use
I couldn't even imagine 40. Just looking at it makes me cringe lol
Awesome!
I bought some of these
They're pretty good, especially grilled! Wraps aren't usually too high in cals... these are 5/31/4 or something like that - f/c/p*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Intro
So, doing a little intro this time... Sheiko deadlift day did NOT go as planned. I was doing fine, getting my s*** done and about halfway through, I started to feel like crap. Ended up stopping halfway through my workout. It just was not going to get done. I was pissed that I couldn't finish, but I'm over it. Just water under the bridge .
