Updates
Bodyweight is sitting at 158-160. Much more stubborn this go round but we are taking the process very slow. Despite my CHO being lower than any other prep, I am maintaining my strength like no other and still hitting PR's at the peak of my offseason. Fullness is there, and I still can't get over how lean I am at this body weight. At this rate it looks as if I put on ~8-10lbs during my two year offseason which....is kind of mind boggling due to the fact that is damn near impossible with how long I've been training. Perhaps it's due to the duration of my 2011 season and I regained all that back plus some. Who knows but I'll take it.

Squats- 500x1, 425x7
Deadlifts- 500x4, 525x2, 550x1
Bench: 300x2, 275x5, 225x13

Did you type out your CHO right bro? 150? I always thought you were one of those insanely weird high carb type person bro.. ? I saw you said your carbs were low, but that looks way low for you.

Also.. Brett.. your protein is TOO HIGH!!! You shouldn't be eating that much.. you could die.. or something like that :-/ ... Aim for about 20-30 grams of protein per day..

Ten years late with these sorry guys, lol.
Probably another 8-10lbs to go. About as lean as I was when I did my first show in 2011 so I'm pretty happy about that considering I'm 12-14lbs heavier lol.
Lifts haven't dropped any. Still deadlifting 500x4, 525x1, 420x12, Squatting 465x1, 405x8, Benching 225x14, 285x2 etc.www.youtube.com/flexxinator
