Happy birthday, homie. Congrats on the ketchup spillage!
I do not know who that is off the top of my head, at least.-

Woke up at 13:30 today, so I won't be lifting in the afternoon; I'll have to train at night (F*CK). I read an article which stated that training right after waking up is not a good idea. It said you'll get the most out of your session if you train around 6-7 hours after waking up. Don't know the science behind it, but I can confirm that's legit. I feel sluggish and weak if I train 1-2 hours after waking up. Feel awesome after 6-7 hours and my gym energy is great.
^ Yep, I made a journal entry.

A lot of it I think depends on the type of person you are adn also what you're used to. When I first switch to a morning routine, I am sluggish, but once I get in the rhythm I don't have an issue. Whereas I have issues lifting later, due to possible variances in the days. I might get tired from work and not want to do the session. Or if I lift too late (although I know 6-7 hours post-waking doesn't fall into this category), I will be reluctant to use my Pre-workouts with stims, so as not to disrupt any sleep.
I do recall reading an article back in 07 about a small study. Compared morning to night. Night time crowd had better results (lost more fat and gained more muscle mass) by the end of the study. It wasn't a huge study and only speculation could be made by the docs as to the results. Their guess was that the night time crowd saw better results due to them boosting tehir metabolism (and also a spurt in test) in the evening, when both are regressing. Whereas the morning workouts didn't do much to stoke an already very active metabolism and also test levels are highest in the morning.-

I've never had a 'real' job, so I don't know what it's like to go to work and then train, or, train first and then go to work. I've always worked from home, so I can sleep and rise whenever I want to. So, it's not just getting used to something for me; the timing does matter. I will start my session at around 19:30 and I know it'll go great. If I hurried up with my meals and trained at 15:00 (that's when the gym opens up again), I know it would've sucked and I'd feel a bit depressed later on.

Yeah, with your freedom of schedule, I'd probably train 6-7 hours after I woke up as well.

What I said in your journal wasn't too clear, so I'll be more specific: if you are going to have a 'PC day', make sure you have a quad day as well, where you start off with front squats and machine hack squats or whatever you like doing to blast your quads. You don't necessarily have to alter your routine to do that.
