Think what you will, just realize all the study's showing how "little" it really takes to grow wasn't done with pro level genetics and definetly not on every compound under the sun, nor were the people trying to gain as much LBM in a short a time as possible. If your goal is to gain as much LBM as possible, in a short a time as possible and stay lean, very high protein makes the most sense. Great thread. To be honest this is probably going to be the best Mr. Olympia contest we had since 2005. Once Ronnie lost, all of the competitions we had were kinda meh. There were five or six guys that look great, but at the end of the day you pretty much knew who is going to win. Now, there are so many new faces and potential on stage. Now I'll keep my predictions to myself, but IMHO the event is going to be ****ing great.
