Embarrassed about this picture... Myself Jan 1 2010. (145 lbs)
-Never played sports and didn't know a thing about lifting
-Obviously as you can see I didn't eat back then
Now.. Jan 1 2011. (163 lbs)
-Year was about a lot of learning and working on form
-Starting to get diet in check recently
-2011 should be an exciting new year!
Forever mirin

Hi guys! I just registered but have been reading this thread for a while and I must say this is probably the most inspirational thing on the internet. Every time my motivation's slipping I come here to remind myself of what's possible! This thread is just full of amazing transformations!
Here's my progress, can't believe how skinny I was (still am lol). Too bad I don't have a better picture from before.
Somewhere between 110-120 pounds in the first one and 185 now.

well i got a lot bigger within 2 years time by just eating alot, getting over anorexia and getting beginner workouts going trying to get the hang of things. But recently, I've been able to develop everything in larger ways and getting more "cut". Havent really gained much more size in several months.
haha thanks bro...figured i would try something differentStats:
