Yeah lifting =life haha. Sometimes I get that foreceralone feel tho when I find out my friends were doing something and they don't bother to even let me know about it cyz the assume that im lifting. :/
Hence why I ha so much fun on Monday when I went out with my friends.

Morning weight: 150.5
Much better day today. Mood was very much improved.
I feel a bit "nutritionally stranded" if that makes sense and have felt that Way pretty much since I've been back from vaca. It's kinda been aggravated by school. Knowing that my maintenance is without a doubt lower due to school, I'll be starting cals at 5.3k (225/890/95) and working up from there if need be. Worst case, I don't have much issue with maintaining for the next week since I'm planning on 148s for the meet anyways.
Since I'm weighing myself most days now, it will be much easier to spot when a stall is coming on.
Stomach felt much much better today.
Gonna be a busy day tomorrow, school, work out, then get to work by 6 this will be interesting...

Today was nonstop lul. 17 hours of straight things to do: school till 3->gym5:30->work till 11 (obvs there is transit time between events) Had about 5 minutes in between gym and work lul. That's it. I have a feeling I will sleep well tonight
Tickled fukking pink that I got t 5x5 on the presses. Been working on thy for AGES and I got it.
Decided to mix it up a bit with squats today and work up to a 3rm then do some back offs to get some volume in (actually surpassed my previous real squat session volume by 250 or 500 pounds.) for growth. I'm also doing this just to get used to >90% workloads since the meet is next week and I've only got 2 more workouts planned unless I decide to do some technique work on Thursday which is kinda dumb idea IMO.
Pullups were a bit (loss of about 1 rep per set) for 2 reasons
1. *Dd them after pulling when I normally do them fresh
2. Elbows hurt from them
Omitted curls since I just plain didn't have time. Was down to the wire and needed to he at work. Speaking of which, very busy tonight (good). Time flew.

What would you do if I said I was going for a triple with 265 on Tuesday?
Press is the hardest lift to progress IMO because it involves less total musculature making it harder to add poundages. 120 next time!
That's gym weight btw, I weigh maybe 2-3 lbs heavier in the gym then I do in the morning after business.
I feel like bob right now lol.
