Knee has improved alot just not all the way. I think the combo of running on hard pavement, at my size, was probably not wise especially for not for 2 miles. I squat high bar and, although I feel douchey using this term, ATG so I don't foresee squatting near 405 for a long time. However, I am planning to add 20lbs per week to my DL each week. Next week I plan on pulling 515 for a double, then 535, 555, 585, etc.

Not sure if you are already doing this, but running on asphalt is amazingly softer than concrete. Dirt/grass is even better, but the risk of unsure footing and ankle sprains goes up.

(1) BENCH PRESS:
45 x 20
135 x 10
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 3
335 x 3
345 x 3
355 x 3 (had more...like 3+ more probably)
Wow I think the paused light bench is really helping. I had to hold myself back.
(2) DEADLIFTS:
135 x 3
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 2
455 x 2
495 x 2
515 x 2
relatively hard, but I have always sucked at repping out deadlifts. On my way back!
(3) HIGH BAR SQUAT:
45 x 5
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 3
335 x 3

Mobility work and stretch those legs/hips. My left knee was hurting because my IT band was so ****ing tight. I foam rolled and stretched that bitch out last night so well that I woke up with almost no knee issues this morning.
