Mo is killing it. I'm hopefully following her lead!
That would be a reasonable request, eh?
Your sweet Mo, but this "machine" needs some better sleep the workouts are suffering. That's my excuse at least.
I've lost count with the number of changes to the plan - it's been a rollercoaster of a ride so far.
Got in my 3rd HIIT session last night. Now with the change I have 2 more...go legs, go!
Up an hour early this morning, so I had an early gym date. Today was back:
T Bar Row - 5 sets
CG Pull Down - 4 sets
Cobra Pull Down - 4 sets
Straight Arm Pull Down - 4 sets
Chin Up - 4 sets
Rear Lateral - 4 sets
Dips - 6 sets (just for fun)
HIIT Tonight - hooray!!!Team General Mills

Well .... I wish we didn't have to post scale pics. I know I'm getting lean but the scale says otherwise. My goal was to be >129 (to best my weigh-in last OBF) but I'm not sure I can make that. Regardless, I'm looking the leanest I ever have!
Stay tuned........ (but I'm not sure how epic the pic will be lol)

Man, I'm stoked for legs today!! It's funny, when I FINALLY start to see progress, I feel like I'm on another level of 'motivated' Guess that's the same for everyone though.. #gohard

Thanks to all who post the kind words, and also thanks to all those who just lurk. (I'm more of a lurker at heart to tell ya the truth) When I feel like crap I come in here and find so many awesome, dedicated, hard working people! You all make me want to be better

How does yesterday sound, lol. I've hired Marc to get me into shape and if it happens that I feel like I could compete and be competitive then maybe I'll pull the trigger. But you're right, I don't have a contest in mind or a date to look ready.
Well we don't have to look too far to answer the macros question. The first plan from Marc called for 350C/300P/70F and in the first 10 days I went from 221 to 226. This is the most that I ever ate during an "offseason". With activity being constant I could have probably maintained 226 at 300/300/40 - which was the level I was at prior to working with Marc. Even at that 2800 calories or so is not a heck of a lot for a guy who's 225 and training at least 6 days/week.
Anyways....just cardio this morning. Out of the way nice and early...Team General Mills
