That's awesome about the mochi pounding event! That's one thing I unfortunately never made it to in Japan
And 135 x 3 dips = ****in beast!!! I think that's also my PR for that weight, but you're a little heavier which makes it more impressive for sure. GJRBM.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Mochi pounding sounds so cool. I think people forget how much time people in the past had to put into just keeping themselves feed.
Are you bloody serious on the TMI's? There is an even sicker one than YTWL's. That is just crazy.
Beastly dips. Please tell me you don't use chains. That looks very painful!
Have a great rest of your weekend. And I love the raining tree gif!Spoon Barbell Club

thanks man. its been a few years since i did so it was just that time
and im glad i was able to hit the 3 plates. (ive been easing off for a while now)
i think i had 1-2 more reps in me but i didnt want to push it.
thanks man. next 2 weeks are going to be pretty busy
the TMIs were great. didnt use much weight but its good to stretch the chest in 3 motions.
dips were fun. sadly we dont have big chains. i used a padded belt this time but usually i just throw a chain around my waist
and i really do like that rain gif. gonna have to try and find more like that

Awesome chest workout and is that the event where one needs the dough with his hands while the other hammers it?
