I spent the whole week working on flexibility, and I had no pain today, but I traded no pain for the ability to squat.
My body literally eats the stretch reflex out of the hole now and it just makes the squat awful, I couldn't get into a groove, so i didn't go heavy.
Also, I cant use knee sleeves, simple as that, they make me torque the **** out of my knees, I had to take them off.
Oh well, at least I put together a bunch of pieces of the puzzle today.

I know, a tight muscle is a strong muscle. This is why static stretching before a workout lowers your 1RM and is conjectured to increase injury risk.
Having just enough flexibility to hit your target depth is optimal from a strength standpoint.
The likely conclusion at this point is that my hamstring and/or glute is hitting a nerve or something else during the lift since its so tight.
