    Cardio: 12 mins. of rebumbent bike

    NOTES:
    I am on a mission to keep improving my front squats. I want 315 3 sets of 5 by March and 375X2 by May-June.
    Knees were tender tonight so I decided to use the bike instead. Have to play it safe. Will not chance of getting injured.

    Tomorrow I'm on recovery day and a cheat meal day but I will be watching my macros closely. It happened to be our
    company's Christmas party.

    Yes that's the same movement except I elevate my hips/back off the ground and really focus on bringing the ball as close to my glutes as possible (no homo).

    On hypertrophy day I will do the Poorman's GHR instead of the lying leg curls

    I started carb cycling, my plan today is not hit my "cheat meal" day but do a recovery day diet since I need the high proteins for recovery.

    Well once your minimum is met even if recompond maintaining or cutting more wont always be necessary due to carbs are more
    Protein sparing once that and fat minimums are met so more does not always mean better ya know?

    Nah to be fair, I like to bolster and motivate people by telling them "great lift! wow strong press! etc.." As everybody enjoys hearing that from time to time. I may say "wow I wish I could lift that etc" but in reality I don't give a sh*t that others lift more or less than me, as you say, has NO effect on me at all.

    This I do agree with you I just want to motivate others as well but end of the day I really could careless if they lift or I lift more than them. I just want them to succeed just like I want to succeed.

    No food porn tonight since I will look weird as hell taking pics of my plate infront of my co-workers

    I had roughly 4-5 oz. of grilled pork tenderloins, 5-6 oz. of bacon wrapped grilled chicken, around 1/2 cup of mash taters (no gravy), a side salad (practically lettuce with 2 tbps. of ranch) and 1 small slice of choco fudge cake and some sweet tea with aspartame...As Chris Jones would say for all you hippie mofos lol

    So not bad, I actually saved a good bit of my cals for tonight to make room for this shindig.
