Thanks a bunch for the words of encouragement! Been a tough one trying to get to the gym through pounding headaches. So I've missed a couple days.
But today was probably the best by far for the headaches, I moved my Banana to breakfast with my oats (I know too many carbs) because I heard someone say that when they had two week long migraines they were told to have Soda and banana's. It helped a bit actually. I find when I lay down, and get up or move after being motionless it's a little more stiff than normal.

Today was an AMAZING day.
I got a lot accomplished today, homework was finished (hopefully my Environmental Design Proff is happy, he's the hardest proff to understand, worst stammer ever, and he never really explains how to do things very well).
My critical thinking class assignments are very similar. We always make our papers on Arguments/Conclusions/Premies and it's getting very repetitive and boring really.
I don't have a test in Sociology until November 6th, so that class is a bit weird.
AND I still have to finish "Tales from Ovid" by Friday for my test in my other Environmental Design class.
I cleaned up my bedroom (which is my entire basement now! YAY! Thanks mom!), and did ALL my laundry. So I'm good for the week. Also made all my meals and all packed for the Boy's house tomorrow <3
I see my trainer on Saturday for the first time in 6 months, and my bestfriend that's been helping me for the first time in 3 weeks. I really hope that he see's differences. I'm hoping to wear my tighter gym clothes so that it's a little bit more noticeable.
Still trying to convince my mom to buy a cardio machine for the basement so I can roll out of bed and do AM Cardio without having to go to the gym in the morning. (Yes, I'm lazy, BUT I don't like leaving the house in the morning, i really don't.. and 7:00am is really early!)
well, it's bed time here,

woke up this morning, as always with a migraine. I hate that my Dr. doesn't have any available appointments until November 19th, it's getting really, REALLY frustrating because I HATE taking Tylenol and I feel like it's candy now.
I've added my test back into my diet, because I am just sick of being off of it, and I don't want these migraines to interrupt my training prep. I have also added Green Tea extract, and 3 Omega capsules from my company (Bio-Mega from USANA). Maybe I'm lacking oils, **** I don't know anymore. Pardon the language.
I am supposed to be going to University right now, but I emailed my assignments in today and I'm going to shower and eat. Relax maybe take a nap.. I know the boy is extremely tired, so I don't want to call and wake him, too see if he wants me to come over. If he wants to see me, he can call me, maybe come see me (even though it's like a 40 minute drive and he has puppy dogs, and work at 4am tomorrow ) Dating him is very hard, he's just SO busy all the time..
I can't wait for next term! AHH I tried to pick up some extra shifts at my old job, and my manager wants to hire me back, but my schedule sucks and I know this.. it's so hard to work at all with it.. I'm off all day monday and all day wednesday. I can work friday evening, but not early enough for their shifts.. and I can work all day sat and all day sunday.. but he needs more availability during the week...
I'll attach next terms schedule! I CAN'T WAIT! YAYA!
I've also attached some posing photo's from today, didn't do any front pose just relaxed.. But I tried to pose a bit from the side.. I feel better-ish, like everything is starting to tighten up quite a bit, but I NEED MORE!
I do need to hit the gym HARDER and more, I am slacking a little bit, but Riding as always is my main priority.
I will keep updating more now, as I have now started this 12 week transformation with a company here. And there are some BIG prizes to be won! So it'll help keep me on track and make sure everything is tight and organize as much as it can be!
Hope to talk soon!

GOING DOWWWWNNNNN!
Haha, had my cheat meal with the boy today. Mongo's.. but I still didn't have any of the noodles or anything :S I dono, there noodles scare me. I think it's because I can't measure them, and have no idea how much I would be eating.
I had two bowls. First bowl was Calamari, Salmon and Talapia with a whole bunch of veggies. Bowl two was prime rib, and tons of veggies, with an egg mixed in! Best lunch ever with the boy!
I went to the mall after and got some new lulu clothes (yes spent money I shouldn't have). And a new purse and wallet. I went and picked up some more hair dye to re-do my roots and the colour that has faded on my hair I love being a red head.
I am going to tell my manager that I can add Monday shifts, and wednesday day shifts to my schedule. I am in need of money. Well AFTER I call back some of these people that have called me back for interviews.
Time to go and eat my second last meal! YAYPain is Temporary, Pride is Forever!

I have always wanted to reach this goal. And with horseback riding I have never had the extra money to achieve it. Not saying that I have the money right now, but I am training and dieting towards getting on the stage on March 23rd. If I am not ready, I will aim for a WBFF show that's coming up as soon after the Novice show. I want to get it out of my system, and see if I'm any good on stage.

BF: 29.9%
Happy girl right now, I am at my lowest since I have started dieting, and if I could from my highest weight, I am down 30lbs. So that's a big achievement! I can't wait to get into the 140's and bounce around there for a while. I haven't seen those numbers on the scale in YEARS! I've been using the BF option on my scale now, so I am not sure if it's really that accurate. But it's close enough.
I am supposed to be studying, I have 2 hours to study for this stupid test. I didn't get a chance to read the book this time, I was dealing with the worst migraines ever, so I'm hoping that the question isn't on the book, and the movie instead.. and that my spark notes are helpful... :S Ahh life... time to study.

GOING DOWN! My body is on fire all the time, my metabolism has kicked into over drive. Life is good. I am happy, wanted to be about 5lbs lighter but that's okay! I'm close enough. I will just keep at er until I get to the 140's and then I will have my cheat day. That's how I'm going to reward my body from now on. Every 5lbs, I will get a cheat day.
I am going to see my trainer with my bestfriend right now who is wanting to switch over to them. Can't wait!

I do 45 min post right now and I'm steadily dropping 3lbs a week. I don't think that it will get rough at all. The diet isn't the issue, it's forcing myself to get to the gym every day. My trainer offers what's called Condi-Camp on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday's. And I am attending Tuesday's and Saturday's starting this week. (Saturday only this week).

Haven't been on here in a while, and I feel a little bad about it.
I missed writing a bit.
Everything's going good, just been super busy with studying for classes (which I'm not doing too well in and I need a 2.0 for them to keep me next term as I was admitted back into school with a probation status. ). I am dropping two classes next term, which I am sad to drop, but I would rather work super hard at the three that I will have left this term, and get my marks higher than a 2.0 and kill it.
I would be also putting me at only 3 courses next term too. So I have lots to work for. I would only have class next term Monday, Wednesday and Friday, which would be much better than the current schedule that I have all 5 days. I need time to work, and time to study. I also have only 2 months to pay for the classes and I still owe about $900. So yeah. I need to do this and I feel like I'm failing myself but I would rather work as hard as possible with my job (which I will touch on next two seconds) and school work. In addition I think trying to get ready for a show, with 5 courses, around mid-terms is going to kill me. Just saying.
I had a job Interview yesterday! At Banana Republic! WHICH I WOULD LOVE TO WORK AT! Haha, and it went absolutely amazing, or so I think. I was the only one out of our group of 5 who brought my Cover Letter, Resume, Availability, and References in a neatly organized Douatang for them so nothing was crumpled or damaged. One girl beside me the entire time we waited for everyone to arrive (infront of the possible new employers) was slouching and texting the entire time. The same girl proceeded to pull her Resume out of her purse, folded and crumpled, asked for a pen, and scribbled something off her Resume. I don't know how people think that is professional and business like, especially to a company like Banana Republic where the cheapest shirt they have is $90.. :S hmm. W/e people are weird.
So I've done 1/8 of my pre-purchased conditioning camps. And I LOVED! the last one on Saturday! I was so sore until today, but I am super excited to go to the one tonight.
I also recieved all my ordered products from this site!
I now have added:
MusclePharm Assult
MuslcePharm Amino1
MusclePharm ZMA
MusclePharm Casine
Creatine for Women
Can't wait!
I also ordered some clothes, a new Gym Bag, sandals, a towel, (got a free license plate frame)
I went a bit crazy!
I have started to get my stones to bling my suits! AND I CAN'T WAIT TO START DOING THAT! I am kind of sad that I found out we don't have to wear a one-piece, which sucks because I think they are gorgous.. So I'm hoping that my suit lady may be able to turn it into a two-piece. That way I'll have 3, just incase.
My black two piece, a purple two-piece and a red two-piece (if she can alter it).
Things coming up that may prevent me from posting for the next little while.

Well I officially work at Banana Republic now! Which will be much better working in the Mall prepping for a show versus a Restaurant. THANK GOD! Haha,
I have dropped Sociology. So I have 3 classes now, and I have a B+ in each of them! So happy, so now to keep the grades up, and kill the gym! 20 Weeks left!
Been having hard days these past few, I am getting close to that time of the month(5 days) and the cravings are so god damn hard!
AH!

Helllloooo,
Up at 6am to eat and get ready for an early morning Gym session (it's shoulder day today).
I am approaching 19 weeks out, and I am still stuck at 156.7lbs I know it has to do with giving into cravings, but I seriously need to smarten up and tighten up. I have all my food pre-cooked, which is the sad part, so it should be any issues that I just grab it and go. I should portion it out into little containers so I can just grab, but I always forget too.
Eating my last pack of Cream-of-Wheat, then back to regular oats, oh how I miss them. lol
My 3 year old gelding has been nothing but spectacular lately. Had a lesson yesterday, that my mom saw him jump in for the first time, and he was absolutely perfect. Happy, didn't stop once, and was just wonderful!
It's starting to get really cold here. I have an outdoor photoshoot on Saturday, and I am not looking forward to it, because it's supposed to be -6 already hopefully it won't be that bad, I need to get his passport picture taken, as well as some nice pictures of him and I.
Anyways, time to get ready for the gym, finish my coffee, and head out!
xoxo
