I've gone to neg people in the past and ended up accidently repping them- out of habit I guess , hate it when that happens. I saw a guy that happened to in the exercise section with 2 mod negs (reps). He went from about 200 to 2500 in 1 day just for being a tool. In the end he got banned though.

I'm moving house in a couple of weeks. Looks like my gym is going to be located in a garage from now on. I just hope I can fit it all in. :/ I'll post up some pics when its all done.

5.) Do not place “banned” under your user title- If you do expect to be banned. You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Hey guys just thought I'd stop in and say hi. Got a pm for a new member vote from Keet so it gave me a reason to pop in lol. I've been a bit busy this last summer and spring so I havne't really logged on at all since last winter I guess. We put our house up for sale at the end of spring and it was sold within 3 days, which is really a blessing in today's market but left us needing a quick backup plan for a roof over our heads since we were wanting to build our next house. Long story short we've been doing alot of planning and negotiating with a local custom home builder and we're probably within a couple weeks of having all the major detail ironed out now.
The one thing I really look forward to is a custom area right behind the 3 stall garage that will be a separate 500 sq ft finished gym. It will be separated from the garage by a wall with large oversized double doors that swing open french style to allow easy access from the garage straight into the gym for any new equipment, and it will also have a side door that leads straight into the house. It will sit on the same reinforced concrete that the garage is on, I'll be ordering custom fit rolled out gym flooring (I hope) to finish the floor off and the guy who does mirrors for this home company will be outfitting the back 30ft wall with a continuous gym-style 6ft tall mirror wall. It will have the same forced air and heat system installed that heats and cools the rest of the house and the ceilings will be 10ft tall. This area should easily accomodate all my current equipment and allow some future growth.
The downside is the house won't be finished until the late spring most likely and for the last few months and until then we've been stuck in this little townhouse we've rented. All my equipment is in storage (temp controlled for these MN winters) so I've been using an anytime fitness to lift in. It's absolutely killed my equipment lust temporarily and thus the reason you guys havn'et seen me around much lately lol.
Cheers guys, hopefully I'll be on more soon in the coming months as my interest in equipment inevitably grows again.[]---[] Equipment Crew #30 []---[]

Hey Darkfact, The new digs sound cool, just a little more waiting time. Looking forward to the new gym layout. Good luck with all that's going on.

Shouldn't this stuff be in the Ivanko thread, so the rest of us don't have to get disgusted.

I'm a big fan of full body sessions, but you risk getting repetetive strain injuries doing just those movements 3 times a week.
I would personally substitute BP with dips on day 3, and have shoulder press as my primary push movement on day two. Throw in some direct isolation tricep work to balance out the extra bicep work from the curls. Deadlift every other session instead of squats.
Keep the volume lower then you would normally give to each body part remembering that you will not have the same amout of rest days as most traditional routines- tendonitis is my reminder for this. Variety of repetitions, and movement patterns goes a long way on these routines to prevent injuries hense switching BP for dips (mostly the same muscles, but a very different movement).
Choosing from these movements are a great way to keep things simple and balanced;
Upperbody:
PUSH UP- Shoulder press, PUSH FORWARD- BPress, PUSH DOWN- Dips
PULL DOWN- Pullups, PULL BACK- Rows, PULL UP- Shrugs /high pulls
Legs
Push (Legs)- Squat
Pull (legs)- Deadlift
Core:
Forward flexion- Crunches
Backward flexion- Hyperextensions/ dorsal raises
Side flexion- Dumbbell side bends
Just a few of my opinions, I'm sure most people would have different ideas to me, whatever you find works for you. Its all very subjective so I hope it doesn't come out like I'm dissagreeing with the routine you posted up. I just know it wouldnt work for me....because it didn't. The gains came when I varied the movements. My training log:

This routine is pretty similar to what you have there. Its just completely thought out, totally put together and has been run successfully by hundreds if not thousands of board members, including Keetman and myself.
