Its about 24 hrs old. Washed with soap and water (FUKING HURTS BRO) and then put a bandage on it.
How should I treat it for it not to get infected? Should I go to hospital(pls no) ?

if i were to give advice, id say go to urgent care and get stitches. not a hospital.
....if it were me, id clean it out real good with hydrogen peroxide, make sure no dirt is in, wash it with peroxide again, and super glue it to close it. the formula behind super glue was actually invented originally to seal wounds... I've used it and works.2 corinthians 2:19
