Since I'm doing the BB'er version of 5/3/1, those sets are quite shy of failure and just for teh pumpz . So I decided the weight used isn't very important (weaksauce poundages lol)
I am studying Education with an emphasis in Science. I plan to get a special ed/elementary combo degree once I transfer.
lol. repped!
I'm not either actually... it's funny, when you're in a deficit, food pron is like amazing and you want to be back on the bulk train. When you're in a surplus for a while, you're full and bloated almost all the time, food isn't quite as appealing. Interesting how that works lol.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

1-15-12 Cardio
misc.
Well it's cold out, I was doing homework all morning and studying, so when it came time to do cardio, I was too lazy to drive to the gym lol. So I jumped rope and boxed the heavy bag for 25 minutes. Worked up quite a sweat. Now it's time to chill and take a study break while I watch the Giants and packers. Go giants! lol. Pre bed last night was pretty spectacular! (see pornz below)
Scivation vanilla blondies topped w/ pb cream cheese frosting & trader joe's cookie butter
mexican turkey burger on potato bread, diced apple, spinach
marinated center cut pork chop, apple sauce, green beans, baked potato w/smart balance
scivation vanilla blondies
1 whole egg + 1 white
35g. scivation vanilla heaven
60g. apple sauce
60g. ffgy
70g. ww flour
70g. white flour
1tsp baking powder
cinnamon + splenda
6g. sf/ff vanilla pudding mix
6g. sf/ff butterscotch pudding mix
6oz almond milk
1tsp vanilla
Blend with a mixer and put in a greased brownie pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool and then top w/whatevs!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

I LOVE potato bread. Good stuff, indeed!
Unfortunately, they're not much different. I threw them in the freezer to increase their density, however they're not like real brownies
Lol if I had the money, I would do it!
Last time I weighed myself, I was 163.8, so definitely a lot lighter than the last time you saw me. Weight will be on the rise though!
Fark yes!
Thanks brah

Definitely felt good on the standing military. I'm quite happy with the 130x5 at the end. It was strict as hell too . Some awesome playoff football yesterday. I'm glad that the Giants won (they're my 2nd fav team next to Da Bears) and plus, being a Bears fan, I can't show much love for the Pack :P. I snapped a quick pick today to show off teh gunz!
