but he told me he was going to get a vid or a still on the treadmill tomorrow because he is doing hiit for 25 minutes a day every day now.

I agree. If you take any of his PR vids he's posted, and slow them down to about two frames per second, you can clearly see him drinking a beer between reps, at a speed too fast for the naked eye.
