We shoukdnt hate too much on the negative calorie things.... The item does have calories going IN to your body but, the overall calories of the day will be lowered once processed in your body (going OUT)

At 5'11" and 152 pounds, you might want to look into more calorically dense foods...but apples are not "negative calorie" foods.

I remember reading somewhere that it takes more calories to digest celery, than the calories it contains. However, I don't remember if I read that on the bottom of a snapple bottle cap or not.
