such a sick chest day last night... Wanted to go for a PR but didn't have a spotter
Incline Chest BB
135 x 15
185 x 10
225 x 10
255 x 5
wanted to go for 275 for reps but didn't have a spotter so I didn't want to push it
Incline chest DB
Just threw some random DBs up just to get a good pump
Cable chest press
Did random iso movements to get a sick pump and stretch. My chest was in pain after these...
Decline Bench
135 x 10
225 x 10
225 x 10
Pec Deck
Random weight till failure
For tri's, just threw some DB kickbacks, Single Rope Ext, DB single arm overhead, and dips in. Nothing major but had a sick pump in the arms

I just made my own... .I really focus on the pump more though than I do strength. I make sure I get the decent reps up there and basically I go until failure. Pump as much blood in the muscle as possible...
btw, I'm outgrowing my XL xtreme Formulations shirt... I need Dave to make a special run just for me lol

I've kept a lot of my old clothes so I should be good to go. It will be like having all new clothes again lol
no worries my man
Yeah one thing I do not like is how swole my face looks lol. But that's just a part of the game. Hopefully next offseason, I will keep my BF a little bit lower than what I'm at now
