there are no percentages you idiot
everything has to be done properly for muscle growth, they all complement each other
by your logic
if you just take up diet/sleep/lifestyle you will be gaining at 50%, which doesn't happen
strong fail
i have no knowledge about juice..that is why i have not talked about it at all
but you don't know **** about nutrition"For once you have tasted flight you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will long to return." - Leonardo Da Vinci

Have trained with 180gr of protien per day for a long time now and thats not even 1g per lb of weight.
When i increase my Carbs i notice weight/muscle gain not when i increase my Protien.
Do you honestly think that a bodybuilding.com which is a Supplement website is going to advocate its users to use/buy LESS protien powder supplements??
You do not need to eat 300gr of protien per day...
If i was to eat 1.5gr-2gr per lb of body weight per day i would have to eat 345-460 gr of protien per day. Good luck eating that much protien.

Really?? Wich is why i look way better than you?? Wich maybe is why i probablly lift 10x more than you?? And my percentages are an estimate you ****!! If you dont EAT RIGHT you wont gain anything on anabolics... People seem to think theyre magical... Ive done it!! And i did it the wrong way and ive done it the right way and built SOLID MUSCLE GAINS... Big difference between bloated with watery gains...
And i know nothing about nutrition ok, what does your diet look like sir??
And you say lifestyle/diet have nothing to do with it... So your saying if i eat pretty ok and i go out ALL NIGHT and party/drink etc im gona gain the same as if i had a stricter regimine?? GTFO with that ****, the percentages mean what you gain.. 50% of your gains will reflect on your diet..Last edited by pyro19; 04-26-2010 at 01:52 AM.

maybe it has worked for you... but does that mean was it right?
i am not saying that by eating 3-4grams/lb you are gonna die
all i was saying is what is the need? why eat so much when it is not beneficial in anyway?
and by no means am i an expert, only been lifting for 10months
that is why i ask for proof when people say something that seems fishy, if you can back up your claims..i will thank you for your knowledge"For once you have tasted flight you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will long to return." - Leonardo Da Vinci

All i know is from experience and from training with different people, some of them being bodybuilders themselves that you have to eat big to get big, simple, and eat the right things ofcourse...
And i know i dont have a pic but i dont come on here often enough to want to post one and none of my stuff has been updated in like a year...
And like i said i agree on the 3-4g per lb is just retarded, your body isnt gona use that.. But 2g per lb i think is perfect, no more than that... and i can gaurantee better gains on 2g per lb than just 100g per day..blah
