    This is the guy that seems to know hundreds of thousands of members on bb.com. He is the omega you might say. Why? Because everytime he gets into a debate with others here he pulls out **** stats straight out of his ass in lieu of this forum.     I am all for your training style, and your enthusiasm.

    The site needs more bodybuilding bodybuilders, as opposed to the armchair or lazy experts we get on here so much...

    but you are attacking the very people who would agree with you in terms of training etc. John Gargani was just trying to be helpful. He was speaking from experience. Thick as a Brick, Dominik, etc are ALL ABOUT the way you train.

    Dude everynone started asking me if I'm juicing or accusing me and as soon as I tated the truth and plans that I want to juice at 200lbs Mr. Gargani came in judging like OMG thats so bad and they are so evil and they're illegal....dude didn't even know me or where I live.

    But you are now calling out Hola Bola, arguing with Dominik and others. Hola Bola trains his ass off with high volume and has good results. Dominik trains for strength and size but has done high volume with good results. Spirit competes. Thick as a Brick is all about bodybuilding training, as I am.

    I understand it's frustrating dealing with all the non-bodybuilding bull**** on here.

    But you are arguing with some people who would likely be your biggest supporters.

    Yes I agree, Cloud Surfer thinks I'm against him even though all I've said is the trade off between intensity and high volume, and that he needs to work on his legs and lower back. He thinks that I don't think he has potential or whatever, yet I haven't commented on that.
