great thread, very inspiring stuff!!!
For the guys who have already completed your transformations it's great when you post how exactly you went about it in terms of diet, cardio and lifting program.
I know there's no miracle formula other than hard work and strict dieting but it really helps with the motivation when you see people go from where you are now to where you want to be and then show how they did it.

Great Motivation
Thanks for this awesome thread, I have just begun my transformation from fat to fit and this helps inspire me to what my end result could look like. My before pic is coming, the after pic is 4-6 months out.

Nice job everyone. It is really nice to see the progress that people are making. This will help to motivate us and others who are just starting out and think that it can't be done. Thanks again for those who are posting.

Freaking awesome, crane. We have the same body type. I noticed that you used to have fat at the sides of your chest and on the 2nd and 3rd pics, they're gone! I have fat on the sides of my chest and I sulk from time to time cause they seem not to go away. But I'm glad I saw your pics because now I know it's possible to lose them all. Kudos!

Awesome job everyone, definitely jealous. Hopefully I can finish my transformation someday and add my pics to the thread but my body doesn't seem to want to lose anymore fat no matter what I do.

New progress pics!
Ok I wasn't supposed to be taking pics till next week but I wanted to see how I was progressing. I have one week until I go on vacation so hopefully I can drop a little more bf and make my love handles get a bit smaller.
