Everyone loves water. Everyone wishes they could have a house by the ocean so they can listen to the calming sounds of the waves.
Anything involving water is considered cool by sloots. If you have a boat? That instantly makes you more attractive to them

Surfing and water sports, girls really like guys who can surf.
Also, cooking/being a chef resonates well with girls. They like guys who can cook and enjoy the culinary arts, it shows you can cook for her and are cultured.
