Just joined a new gym since cohen19 shut down. Quite a big gym, old school machines, tons of actual lifters. Was mind blown.
But as I walked around and observed all these actual hardcore lifters, I couldn't help but noticed how trash their aesthetic were. Every dude was walking around with that round, soft, muscular look. You know what I'm talking about. That typical gym rat broscience "look".
way over developed arms with massive fatceps, big puffy chest that with no definition/striation, ZERO V Taper, 15-20% bodyfat, soft, doughy and protruding bellies. Yes, they lift. You can tell they lift. But they are unaesthetic as fukk.
Shoulders + traps + upper back + pull ups + posterior chain that focus on glute heavy instead of quad heavy + lifting with high intensity + not obsessing about "getting in your calories" will 100% of the time lead to natty aesthetic. Chang GUARANTEES this.
bench press, curls, squats, tri pushdowns, these are all jew lifts. They destroy aesthetic because if these muscles get big, they throw off your golden ratio completely. Over developing these muscles make you look feminine instead of masculine. No woman likes a man whose chest looks bigger than her in a fkn shirt, bro. Lemme squeeze dem titties, bro.

I always shake my head when I see dudes obsessed about working on "lower chest" with gay ass declines.
I'm like, "bro, why would you want to developer the lower parts of your chest so it looks saggy like female breasts?" That's another thing, an overdeveloped lower chest means you have to be WAY more strict on diet. Any bit of fat gained will sit on top of those lower chest muscle and make them look even MORE like boobs.

that's because shoulders, back, glutes, traps are universally associated with "athletic" muscle and look. This is why women always say they like lean athletic physique more than the gymbro look, which is always arm and chest dominant.
When women say they like "nice arms" they aren't talking about a 19inch fatcep. They are talking about lean, defined, and vascular arm that's forearm dominant. Sloots love strong looking forearms and don't really care for big biceps at all. Guys get this all twisted and think they need to blast a 100 set of jewish skullcrushers LMAO.

just look at Greek statues. They understood aesthetics so much they made math formulas around it (golden ratio) None of them had huge chests so they understood big chests make you look unaesthetic and weird.

dips are superior because it works the delts and the upper chest vs the flat jewpress which only focus on the mid chest.
I have superior Gentile shoulders so I've never had an issue with dips. Just squeeze shoulder blades together and only dip slightly below 90 degree elbow bend. Been dipping almost 20 years no issues.

The issue is being anything above 10% bodyfat. The amount of fat and bloat tied into the muscle fibre is simply too high. You'll never know how much muscle you have or even how good it looks until you get to single digit bodyfat. Nothing more sad then seeing guys in their 30/40's who have been lifting for 20+ years and they look average if not below average with a shirt off due to 15-20%bf. Sad!**Florida Crew**

nah, it's not because of bodyfat%.
A guy can be 180 and 15% body fat, but if he has a thiccc back, big ass traps, and relatively small waist, it's still more aesthetic than another 180lber at the same body fat but all his "jackedness" are in his chest and arms.
It's about shape and proportions, aka Golden Ratio.

the barbell squat is quite possibly the biggest jew lift of them all. It does absolutely none of what it advertises, and is actually terrible for you.

no cope. I'm 180lb at about 15% bodyfat and I look aesthetic as fukk in a simple T shirt and sweat pants because all my "jackedness" is concentrated in my traps, upperback, and shoulders. Plus I never squat or deadlift so my waist remains 30inch ded srs.
You look good and aesthetic now because you're shredded.
Try cycling off and gain even even 5% body fat and see your chest turn into manboobs.
