    I’ve been lazy on legs TBH, mostly legs press and accessories like leg extensions and leg curls. Legs is always the best worst day. Getting close to my 405 dream bench. 375 for 2. I know once I get it, I’ll be disappointed lol

    Got up to 7 consecutive reps on chins. Then I gained some weight over the holidays and that screwed with my progress lol.

    Not good. Training legs is the best. What will you do when you bench more than you squat? No one will take you serious.

    Did you hit 405 yet? It's been long enough, right?

    Hit 390 on the bench today @ 206lbs (personal best)

    I’ll go for 395 or 400 on July 4th. Still chasing the ghost of 405 fourteen years later. .
