Grateful for
-Husband will be on day shift soon.
-Potted basil, chives, oregano, and a few others, are doing well. Nothing like cooking with fresh ingredients.
-Enjoying some personal alone time while both kids are at school. Rare I’m ever just able to sit and do nothing. I just plan to sit here and convert oxygen into carbon dioxide for a bit lol.

I’m grateful that I’m short fat and bald . If I wasn’t, I’d most likely have child support payments.
I’m grateful that I have a micro . If I didn’t, I’d probably have child support payments right now .

Grateful for
-Had a good time hanging out with husbands work team last night.
-Sister got her 23&me back. Waiting on mine, lol my mom swears we have the same dad, but was interesting to see we had a few other things in the mix we didn’t know about. A splash of Greek/Balkan, Spanish/Portuguese, and Levantine. I guess we will see if mine matches up to my sisters lol.
-That awesome stretch when you wake up that makes everything pop back into place.

Grateful for
-My 23&me came back yesterday. Looks like my sister and I are full blood sisters lol. We share 50.9% of our DNA. Mine came back slightly different tho, because you inherit only so much from your parents. Looks like I’m
Italian 63.9%
Greek/Balkan 0.4%
Broadly S. Euro 0.7%
Swiss/German 32.5%
Egyptian 1.2%
Levantine 1.1%
What’s cool is the app will recommend people who share some DNA. Of that there were two people. One has my grandmother’s maiden name, and another has my grandfather’s surname. We’re like 4th cousin or what not.
We had no idea we had Egyptian/Levantine in the mix, which we think came from our mom, since our half-sister also did this and she doesn’t not have that mix.
-Fresh fruit for breakfast
-Not having anything important to do today. Just a nice lazy day at home. Kids have remote learning, and hubby is off work today. I might try to be productive and do laundry.

Grateful for:
Mother's happy laughter .
Still can't see her in person but with the warm weather of spring,
she's feeling a little better lately.
I can tell from her healthy laughter on the phone.
It is the same laughter I remember 50 years ago.
When I was a little boy and she was a young mother.

Wow it's been a while since I've posted in here. Have been so busy with work/life and I've realized just how much I need to take a step back and appreciate everything I have.
- Grateful for my family. Don't know where I'd be without my parents or siblings.
- Grateful for my job. Even though I'm finding it difficult to maintain a work/life balance, I'm just grateful I have a job and can help my family with some financial challenges.
- I've been doing a good amount of online shopping lately (the deals man) and basically have a new wardrobe

Hello positive crew ! I'm grateful because:
- I have a day off tomorrow, so I have a long and lazy weekend ahead.
- Some clothes I've ordered are arriving today.
- I'm taking a break from a ******** group chat with some friends who have a tendency to be negative and to think the apocalypse is for tomorrow. I'm already feeling better, with a decluttered mind.bald crew
