Tuesday 11.10.2020: Legs
Wanted to keep sleeping today but I felt fine once I managed to get up.
I was a lot more focused in the gym- felt like I gave the legs a right good thrashing.

Ah got you. Back to 185 might reset the headspace and give you a new confidence and help crush 300 shortly after.
Solid split squats as alaways. Anything single leg feels like double. My “training log”

Dude you're killing it, the split squats are coming along nicely too, you're going to have a plate for reps by end of year I bet.
Are you doing the band curls like we were discussing? The pump is unreal love it. If you get the TUT above 1 min its so painful. Chain bench is always a win too.

Tuesday 11.17.2020: Legs
Only had one little drink after work then stayed sober the rest of the night. Got a great night's sleep and woke up refreshed. was looking pretty cut in the mirror this AM. Delts and triceps were popping and abs were looking decent, although still got a bit of spare tire around the bottom.
Bar felt light today, just crushed this session. Felt like I could have thrown an extra 10 pounds on the bar for every lift.
Along with finally getting a good routine going in the gym that I've been sticking to, I've been working on a lot of mental self help stuff, meditation, social interactions etc. Also been on that NoFap time for 3 weeks now. That saved up Chi has me amped up to crush whatever I'm doing, work, weights etc.

The snooze button might be one of the greatest mind fuks of life
I don't understand how I feel so good/confident at night with all these morning plans, then morning comes and my personality turns into that of a loser *******
So tough to get out of bed sometimes, but that's the trick to ignore the bad feelings and just move because the longer you snooze the worse it gets.
