I have Freeman and Ingram and the AJ Green owner has Ito Smith and Justice Hill. I'm thinking of offering Freeman for Green and Hill. Doable? I have RB depth and M Gordon stashed for later in the year, so I'm thinking the boost at WR might be worth it.

This shouldn't even be a question but Mixon has been terrible so far (mostly due to the line) and Buffalo's front 7 is pretty good. Mostert has a much better matchup and seems to get a solid workshare.

This shouldn't even be a question but Mixon has been terrible so far (mostly due to the line) and Buffalo's front 7 is pretty good. Mostert has a much better matchup and seems to get a solid workshare.

This is a floor/ceiling question. Mostert seems like he is part of the gameplan in a good run offense, so he's going to have a decent baseline, but as part of a 3-headed RBBC, I don't see him having a real high ceiling. Mixon has had some real duds so far, so the danger is there, but as the clear lead back, he has the much better chance of a monster game, too.

I'm a green owner and I'd do it, but I'm loaded at wr and weak at RB. Probably depends on rest of his roster.



I just traded agolohor for Brees. Flowers for algohlor is like my 8th wr, though he should go off next 2 weeks. I'll continue to stream QB til Brees gets back and stacks with my MT.

Now I have a free roster spot to fill. Thinking of adding ty johnson as a lottery ticket. Cole Beasley the safer add.

I'm in a league with position limits. I wanted to add Hollywood Brown off waivers. I thought I dropped a wr with the add but I didn't. At 2am, ww goes thru, I get Brown but I'm a wr over the limit now. I get up at 5 am and the commish already dropped Brown off my team due to being over. Instead of giving me a chance to fix the mistake, I now have to put in another claim and wait for Sunday morning to get him. Also there's no guarantee another player won't nab him first. Fair or no?

Yeah my thinking too. Mixon is bound to get it right, but when..... I can't afford another dud from him. Can't believe I'm considering benching my 2nd pick. Bengals look like a hot mess.

Did anyone else submit a waiver claim behind you? The way it should work is that Brown is removed your from your roster and goes to the next person in line who submitted a waiver claim. If no waiver claim submitted behind you then Brown goes to FA and you (or anyone else) can pick him up.

You're basically SOL on this one. It's the owners responsibility to make sure they are doing their transactions properly and hitting save, submit ect.... I was commish for awhile and had quite a few instances were people "accidently" dropped players, or magically claim to have started a player who was actually on their bench and put up a 30pt game, while their starter tanked.

Sucks sometimes, but it is what it is.

I like Hyde too, but it seems his value is more IRL than in fantasy at the moment.

agree. all of the peripherals are there tho, hes getting the touches on a high powered offense, so he will find the endzone eventually. hes a decent standard rb since he doesnt get much pass work, but his weekly yardage has been around 80-100 yards thus far.

Whats the latest on the James Connor injury? I see he didnt practice wednesday, but that could have been planned, as he says hes going to play sunday. I have Samuel but i need to cut someone for a defense, i dont think i can cut samuel yet, hrmmmm

It's important for me to get Hill in the deal, though, to handcuff Ingram. I don't think that should be a deal breaker since Hill doesn't have a lot of standalone value. Plus, the latest report on Jacobs, who is one of his starting RBs is that he's been sick as well as dealing with a minor groin tweak. I'm still contemplating this, but I think I'm going to do it. I'll toss in Westbrook as a filler for him as well because he's the player I'd otherwise drop.

I definitely wouldn't cut Samuels because there is clearly some doubt (despite what they are saying) over Conner's status if he's not practicing at all, but all indications from either the Steelers organization or Conner himself is that he's going to play even if he doesn't practice at all.

There's no way he's playing, and even if he does play, there's absolutely no way anyone should be even thinking about starting him in fantasy.

Edwards is in their mix, but if Ingram got hurt, then Hill would likely get Ingram's workload and Edwards would just Edwards (i.e. I don't think that an Ingram injury would suddenly make Edwards a bell cow - he isn't that good to begin with). That's how I look at Hill as Ingram's handcuff anyway.

Who would you rather have rest of season Mike Evans or Brandin Cooks? I had Evans rated higher at draft time, but he hasn't done much yet. Surely Jameis and Arians get him involved, right? I have Cooks now but was offered Evans straight up for him.

I don't agree. Edwards is basically a worse version of Ingram, Hill is a different player entirely. Hill will get more work if the Raven's fall into negative game-scripts (IMO). It will be interesting to see what happens this week when they play a real team.
