This. Piana's plan is by far the cheapest, especially if you take portion size into consideration.

Think about the logistics. You're making tens of thousands (hundreds of thousands?) of meals each week, and you don't know until like 3-4 days before you ship who is actually buying what. The amount of waste must be crazy. Plus the cost of shipping like 35 fkkin pounds of food overnight

Bc I honestly don't have three hours. My GF lives 70 miles away and all day Saturday is spent with her. Sunday is my day to run errands and the hopefully get a little time to myself.

I doubt I could make these for less than $5 a meal anyway. Plus I'm a terrible cook.
