Buy a loadable kettlebell handle so you can implement progressive overload. There are other types, but this is what I use. With longer bars you can load it with a lot of weight. https://www.fitnessdepot.ca/J11QMO30...e-kbadjhc.html

I think the main reason some people don't like kettlebell swings is that they've forgotten about progressive overload and aren't aerobically fit enough for the hellish cardio workout that high rep swings provide. If there isn't an option to go heavier, just progress to one hand swings beginning by alternating between two hands and one hand.

It's another tool to work with.
They are different from dumbbell because when held they have an off set center of gravity.
Example if you were to do an overhead press the weight would be on the back of the arm not centered like a dumbbell.
So almost like a behind the neck press without having to externally rotating the shoulder to get the weight back with a bar or DB's.
The KB swing is another beneficial movement that is similar to a cable pull through that many powerlifters use.
There many many movements that can be done with the KB.
The only draw back is many movements need to be learned and usually it's not something an online video can teach.
The learning curve can be challenging to do some movements correctly without getting hurt.
Also i done think it's a great tool if your bodybuilding and after muscle mass.
One good thing is if you learn to do the basic movements you can take it with you about anywhere you go(except flying)and get a pretty decent training session it.

Kettlebell swings are awesome and everyone should be doing them.
I'm on the fence about kettlebells for other stuff, I think dumbbells are a better choice.
I did get a chance to play with a VF Precision kettlebell last week (I have RKC bells). The comfort cutouts really do make a big difference.
I have a feeling these kettlebells are about to do bad things.

I'm not on the fence. I only swing with kettlebells. All the other things that people do with them are better done with dumbbells, no matter what the people that sell kettlebells tell you. Also, loadable kettlebell handles like these https://www.fitnessdepot.ca/J11QMO30...e-kbadjhc.html make the most sense.

I have 3 so far. I have a 25, 35, and 45 lb. I think the best exercise to master with them is the Kettlebell Swing as it pretty much works the entire body. I like to toss some kettlebell exercises in every so often to change things up.
Some other exercises:
Clean
Press
Push Press
Jerk
Snatch
Goblet Squat
Turkish Get Ups
Hope this helps.

Trying to make OP's thread interesting.
Start at about 1:00
Zuzana "Zuzka" light is her fitness name.
For research purposes, you might want to look into the other name she used "Susana Spears".▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #53 ▪█─────█▪
