As for my goal? It's still and always has been to go from skinny to brawny. I think may be the year I make some amazing gains like I did in college. I finally talked my lady into working out with me. So I have someone there giving me a push on both nutrition and staying more consistent on days I feel lazy. I think I'm finally getting my nutrition down after all these years too. I just need to create or find a decent program and I'll be golden. If I could even get a third of FBS's muscle's I'd be happy haha. Aiming for 170 by the end of the year while maintaining my current bf % or near.

1. Congrats on the new rep spot buddy!
2. I don't have an Instagram...I never take pictures of anything and I'm not really that cool, sooooo yeah.
3. Goals for the new year? Non-lifting wise, my goal for this year is become more active with my faith. I don't like going to church, but I believe in the Christian faith. So to compromise, I've been watching my parent's church service online. It's pretty convenient. They post a video of the sermon/message after the Sunday service and it stays up for a week. So whenever I get one of my off-days from work and I'm making my food or something, I just prop up my iPad and play it. Wanted to do this to feel connected to my faith, and so far it's been working.
Fitness wise, my goals used to be "get bigger and stronger". Now it's just "stay in shape so I don't lose". Past two months I've been in a handful of uses of force on my job, and luckily I've come out on top each time. I'm still young at my job, and learning a lot, but chasing dudes when I've got 30+ lbs of gear on including a vest that compresses my chest and a belt that limits my leg movement isn't exactly ideal, or easy. I still plan on continuing Wendler's 5/3/1 because I LOVE it, but I've adapted my HIIT workouts to be slightly longer sprints to simulate my work environment.iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

I got you on Instagram and mentioned a few peeps that I want to check out your page too.
As far as my goals for the year.......I'm not looking to hit any certain numbers on a particular lift, get my bodyfat to "x" percentage....nothing like that. For me, my goal is to keep consistently training simply because I enjoy it so much. I want to use it as a way to improve my health so that I can be the best father that I can be for my 3 sons. I need to be healthy to be around for all the things in their lives, so making sure I am taking some time each day to take care of myself will hopefully pay dividends down the road.

my goal are all strength goals. I want to hit 500 on my squat, and have my deadlift keep moving up. Also, my upcoming powerlifting events I want to hit smart lifts, take my time, and be safe.NASM-CPT
