This has also got me thinking that if we come back to a generally profitable market in a few months, it would be worth having some kind of system for pulling out some cold, hard cash. Getting rich on paper isn't worth much in itself. Did any of you brahs systematically take out fiat over the last few months? Like, 10% of any profit from each month, say? Something like that. I just wanted to reinvest it all in crypto, myself.

Only been in it about a month and a half. First coin (IOTA) went 5x after I got in, took out initial investment and 50% on it as profit. Kept the rest in for moon missions and lambos or straight crash and burn homie.

I took out my initial investment after my first month when it reached about 50% profit (wire from Gemini to Chase bank account). Left the profit in and later invested more but at higher prices. So then I regretted selling earlier and haven't taken anything out any since.

If I were good at trading I'd like to aim for a certain percentage trading profit monthly and take that out monthly. But since I'm just holding that doesn't really work because it would decrease my holdings.

Don't believe everything you read on the interwebs mama. Hodling should pay off just fine in the long run. Attempts to day trade may work short term but catches up over time.
