Took some advice from a bodybuilder buddy and adjusted the seat high and grabbed the handles low. Made a huge difference and felt my chest a bit more. Think I'm gonna start doing cable work for chest as well.
Pretty damn good session. Lookin' pumped, fat, and juicy.

Yeah, I don't think it's gonna be good. I think it's going to be mainly a wind event tho. I'm calling it Matthew II. My tummy has been in knots for six days so at some point you just get sick of being in that frame of mind. I swear the hardest part is trying to get the days right for a hotel when you evacuate, I had Friday through Sunday and then called back today to switch it to Sunday to Tuesday and Monday and Tuesday were sold out so I got a B&B with not even room for a roll out for my son. I'm the same, I leave because of him.
