Got to really focus on Quebec brewers as their province has laws making them hard as fukk to get anywhere else.

Fortunately, Montreal seems to like making very malty yeasty Belgian style beers. Right up my alley. Make them dark and I'm in love.

Highlights:

Dieu Du Ciel, probably the best brasserie in Montreal


Cheval Blanc, my favorite and chillest spot downtown


Harricana, very good beer right up my alley. Very nice brasserie


Le Trou Du Diable, very different and interesting brews


And the amazing. A limited edition cask area where all the brasseris sent their best to be judged. I tried everything

I was disappointed by Pliny. I know it was one of the original double IPAs, and I give it respect for that. Just Doesn't stand up to many of the newer ones you can find from many great brewers.
