The gf brought me some crazy ginger tea remedy that helped tremendously. I'm back in the gym and killing it . Down 6lbs from 204 to 198 and looking pretty tight. Trying to get things to single digit body fat before I hop back on the gain train. I was up to (estimated) 14.5% and now it says 13.2, so heading in the right direction!!

Some Highlights
Down to 196.6lbs! Lost roughly 8lbs so far.
Hit 315x6x3 on squat followed by 275x8 (paused last rep and BARELY got out of the hole lol) - Inna saw that one
Rocked 275x9, then 285 for 2 sets of 6 with a slower tempo on bench, which is down a little but I'm 12lbs lighter than my high weigh in.
Can see all of my abs again, though they're not "popping."
Cardio twice a week has really helped with higher rep work.

Haven't updated much. Still hovering around 196 this week, doing 400 cal cardio 2x's a week. Taking in roughly 3k calories and losing .75-1lb a week on average.
I hit 275 for 9 on bench the other day at 196, which I'm cool with.
I was doing the 110's on a moderate incline for sets of 8 on push hypertrophy day.
280 for sets of 12 on leg hypertophy day.
