If you are being serious, I recommend HIIT. It is an easy way to burn calories and more fun than low intensity cardio. I do 30 sec high intensity/30 seconds low cool down and repeat that 11 times on a stationary bike. Most days I either a 15 min incline walk to warm up or a 15 min incline walk + a 15 min cool down walk. As you can tell by my avi, I am not shredded. I recently got back into doing cardio to get leaner and, so far, this method is what I am consistently doing.

Although I must say that a chocolate protein shake mixed with heavy whipping cream and ice then blended into a chocolate shake is pretty damn tasty.

I understand that it is for less calories (that is why I tried it). I may try making it thicker as I may have added too much water.
Soy milk could be a good substitute for most. I also wasn't saying there wasn't any reason for drinking that combo, I just think that it was disgusting.Donate to St. Jude: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173739861&page=1

Got a new wallet. Upon emptying my old wallet, found a Blockbuster membership card, issued in 7/1/01. Guess I had this wallet longer than I thought.

I hardly use milk for my protein shakes anymore. I honestly don't care too much what the protein tastes like. I just mix them and chug them.

Guys, this really made me giggle. Good job to the both of you I really appreciate it this morning.
I think I want 3 kids, but having none thus far it's impossible to make a definitive call. Thanks.
My best comparison is WC: Privateer. It seems a lot closer to that than it does to Eve. And everyone knows Privateer was the best space game ever made. This obviously has no single player story like that did (or at least I don't think it does) but the play/experience seems more in tune with that game.Master of karate, and friendship, for everyone crew.
