progress has been slow, and when i say slow, i mean slow.
waist isn't small. around 34 inches at the navel, still have a good amount of fat i hold it all in my belly and love handles

ya i woulda quit long time ago if i was in it just for the aesthetics. i love lifting, it clears my mind, my one go to thing all to myself. getting aesthetic is just a side reward
definitely not the best genetics. I hold a ton of fat in my waist and my lower chest unfortunately. Also I have very tiny wrists (6 inches) and I have VERY high bicep and tricep insertions which make me DYEL with a t shirt on.
on top of all that I have low test.
