The $150 budget is strictly for the supplements we would select to partner with the diet correct?
It doesn't include what we spend on the cost of our groceries?USMC (2009-2013)

Supplement Choice

1 (300 Grams) - Universal Creatine
1 (10lbs) - Real Gains
1 (30 Packs) - Animal Nitro
Total Cost After Coupons + Shipping : $148.91
Product Selection Reasoning
1. Animal Pak : Multivitamin to cover any nutrient gaps that may be missing from my diet
2. Animal Omega : Cardiovascular health is top priority and a quality fish oil should be a staple in any supplement stack (IMO)
3. Creatine : One of the few 'proven' supplements out there
4. Real Gains : The additional calories and convenience of a shake will make hitting my calorie/nutrient targets much easier during my bulk
5. Animal Nitro : BCAA's for muscular endurance/support while training fasted.Last edited by InItForFitness; 05-20-2014 at 10:30 AM. Reason: Supplements added

groceries.pnggroceries.png
above is my grocery list, I already meal prepped so i cant take a complete pic, but i have 4 different protein choices to increase my variety, all of them provide good lean protein for my lunch and dinner. I use 8oz in both meals so 7lbs will get me through the week.
for breakfast and morning snacks i will eat 3 eggs, oatmeal, a banana and yogurt, to give me a good mix of protein carbs and fats to start my day. For lunch and dinner i choose between rice and bread to pair with my 8oz of protein and a veggie from the list.

this set up allows me to hit my macros regardless of which options i choose, and i am able to keep variety in my diet!
Supplements

I'm not sure how we were supposed to show our supplements, but this is the stack i use, i love animal pak and animal flex to keep my nutrients and joints in order for the heavy lifting that i do as a Powerlifter.
