Just ate a whole box of thin mint Girl Scout cookies on my way home from the gym. It's impossible to stop eating those mid box.
Just gonna make dinner now like it never happened.
* don't mean to rub it in your face coocoocachoo but when I'm done with dinner I'll have gobbled up more cals than your entire day in like 20 minutes and won't gain an ounce. No big dealLog -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153108621

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

Kansas business owners can turn anyone away who is homosexual or anyone who associates in any way with homosexuals or their unions, etc.
What are your guys' opinions on this?

That I did not do. A few months back I was at around 240 and I managed to get to 220 by my meet last December going a similar route and have just maintained from there. Maybe my body has just adapted to this low of intake. Someone told me to up them for a while and judge what happens from there.

Nope. Three other sites will write about it first, everyone on the social media will discuss it for a few days, THEN Paul Carter will write about it.
INB4 Bill tells you to go to religion/politics misc. But seriously it depends on the state's constitution. I haven't read all that article yet, but the cake shop down in Portland (I think) is a good example. They could have refused service based on a lot of other things, but they specifically noted it was because they were gay, which is banned in the Oregon constitution. If you don't want to serve them, I guess just say "I don't want to give you a cake because [insert reason not banned by constitution here]". You could argue by preventing them from noting the real reason it infringes on free speech, but that's a stretch. I wonder what type of reasons would be acceptable to refuse someone service...
-You squat high
-You're ugly
-I noticed you drive a foreign made car, etc
Energy drinks here are WAY underdose in caffeine here, and SUPER pricey. BRB $5.5 for a 16 oz energy drink that has 150 mg caffeine.Best Meet Lifts:

Should governments even be allowed to regulate such a slippery slope? Whose right to free speech is more important, a business or consumer? If the "you cannot refuse service to someone" crowd is right, is there ANY reason that you should be allowed to refuse service to someone? If the "we can't discriminate against business owners religious views" crowd is right, how far can that go before it becomes serious discrimination which affects people's everyday lives? I don't know the answers to those questions and wouldn't venture to guess on a public forum like this... as a libertarian my knee jerk reaction is to say let capitalism reign, but unfortunately there are enough ignorant people out there that I would likely be wrong.
Also, this may be the most obvious and therefore dumb thing I will ever post, but to convert kg to lbs, double the kg, then add 10%. It's way faster than using my phone and the math is usually super easy! Did we land on the moon or is this helpful to anyone else?Best Meet Lifts:

to be honest i had never thought to add the 10% to make up the 0.2 part of 2.20. I have never had to really deal with it much, so I always just approximated double plus a little bit haha. Don't know why I never thought to do the 10%... herp a derp

Without getting into the politics and chit of I think that's a stupid reason to do, or not do something for someone, but if it's a private business and it's allowed in law then it's legal, just not morally right imo.
