Great Post man. You just made my night (sad I know haha). In the Defranco's 40 yd. Start vid the kids starting stance is much different than i was taught but looks like it might be beneficial for a bigger guy like me. Should i use that start. His feet are much further behind the line than mine usually are resulting in a much lower stance.

Depends on strength and height, it will vary.

Got it. I'm gonna try that stance and test my time b/c I think it will be beneficial. My explosion seems to be the problem thus far. However yesterday during my speed workout my training partner commented on how i would kick my right leg out instead of pushing straight off of it. After adjusting it I felt much faster. I will really work on getting a video to you soon.
