Before we delve in here, I want to say a few things, since I know how the misc is.
First:
- I have been lifting for fifteen months
- I know my stats (5'10, 147 lbs, 9% BF, 29" waist), so there is no need to say I need to eat more, or am a skinny kunt, or almost a manlet, or whatever. I am aware of this, and am actively working on getting larger!
- I AM BY NO MEANS big, or even slightly big, nor do I think myself big at all. I am still VERY small, but am actively working towards achieving misc standards (do you even lift OP?)
- I do not think my physique is any better than your physique. I do not consider myself above any of you, or below. We are all in this together.
- The chitty crappy singlet tank stupid thing that I am wearing in the photos: it DOES look stupid as fuk, and I know I look slightly like a ******* in it (I am OP after all). I only wore it that day because I needed something very loose while taking photos.
- I AM LACKING in traps, legs, rear delts, and lower back.
- I had acne because I was in the middle of a pre-workout "cycle"
- I lift 6 days/wk. My workouts are very split:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest
Day 3: Back
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Triceps
Day 6: Biceps
- These days are what I focus on most, but that is not to say I won't do some lateral raises on leg day for sculpting, or a few curls on back day.
- I do NO cardio. I do not need to. I still need to eat a lot more. I had just started bulking a week before these photos were taken
- I did not pay for this. This was all done free
