Took some new progress pictures today (currently in bear mode due to winter and being lazy to shave) and I have been in the 165-175 range for too long now
My current lifts are:
Bench: 225 x 3
Squat: 255 x 5
Dead lift: 325 x 2
My next workout is Reg Park's 5 x 5 Power Training, going to go back to the basics
I started around 2-3 years ago (I wouldn't even count the start due to eating so little and playing tennis a lot) at 125 pounds at 5'10"
