Interesting. Have you tried increasing the liquid-to-powder ratio? Like 8oz per scoop? My buddy recently mentioned to me that the graham cracker taste was a bit overwhelming when he did 2-3 scoops in 10 oz of water, not sure if that's a similar issue for you.

Otherwise I can toss you my generic batter recipe that works for pancakes, muffins, microwave cakes, etc..

Did 1.5 scoops/12 oz and still wasn't satisfactory.

Got two stomach bugs over the past month on top of mono.

Im down 15 lbs from where I was mid November. I've eaten next to nothing for a month.

Tried, absolutely. It was pitiful though. I thought the doctors warnings was BS for the most part so I kept trying to do everything at my current level and it caught up to me after the first week or two. There was a point where I couldn't even lift myself out of bed in the morning.

Worst sore throat I've ever experienced too. Literally could not swallow without terrible pain. It was better off just spitting in a bottle at night to try to fall asleep because the pain would keep you up.
