I have been out of the gym since late 08 and I'm starting to work out again. When I stopped the best fat burners I was using were Betastax and Hydroxycut Hardcore. I had plenty of time to schedule the doses and was never jittery because by the time it would start burning I'd be at the gym.
My current situation is the fact that I now work 9am to 9pm and try to be in bed by 12. What can I take to get an energy boost and experience some fat burn but that it won't be too much to affect my sleep since ill be working out at about 10pm.
Since I've been out of the game for almost 6 years and the stuff I used to take is mostly discontinued what would you guys advise?

Hey bud, As you know diet and exercise are the best.
But you have experience with burners so im guessing you know all the crap.

The thing with Hydroxycut is I took it about an hour before working out and the results were great but back then I had a better schedule. Now I leave work at 9 and I'd be at the gym by 10 and bed by 12. I'm sure it'll mess with my sleep if I take it too late or ill be hyper/sweating at work if I try to take it too early and can't burn it off on time.
Would a preworkout mix like NoXplode or Nano Vapor be a better solution? I'm just looking for a good kick in the ass after a 12hour shift but something I'd be able to burn off by the time I'm done. Sometimes with Hydroxycut id still be hyper after going for about 2 hours.

Perhaps something in the very moderate stim level is what you need - ErgoShred has only 50mg caffeine per capsule, so you can adjust the dose according to the amount of stimulants you feel is most desirable without effecting your sleep much.
