Feeling lethargic all the time . Its been going on for as long as I can remember, I've been to the doctor a couple of times , tested for celiac disease had blood checked they wasn't much help really . I tried cutting out gluten anyway , I went low carb for a few weeks ~30 but felt terrible . I get 7-9hrs sleep though I wake for wee a few times.
Diet (Average day)
2400-2600
140-160 pro
80-100 fat
250-300 carbs
I was just wondered if anyone has had a similar experience and managed to rectify it ?

There are SO many things in the human body that can cause lethargy.
I'm not sure how you would go about diagnosing all the possibilities.
It could be hormonal, toxin related, sleep apnea, psychological, CNS related etc.On the road to 1250
Train consistently, move iron with purpose, eat well, sleep well and achieve.

I was feeling this way once, but my diet was poor, once I changed it things became..
but there can be so many factors, Gym schedule? Are you eating enough? btw if you're feeling lethargic don't cut carbs.. thats just, No.
maybe it's your psyche? You know? Deep down you probably know why you're feeling this way..Intelligence is hard earned and often painful. To get it, you must lose money; you must lose face; sometimes you even lose your way.

OP - as others have said - SO many possible factors. I'd definitely try adding more iron and potassium to your diet if possible just to see if it makes a difference. I'm not a doctor, but it looks like you'd be deficient in both if this is your daily intake.

Diet seems fine.. and dude if you feel terrible on low carbs, dont go low! Ok how about your gym schedule? what's your week look like? what about supplements what are you taking if any.
Edit: yeah counting is helpful but does become to feel like an obsession at times which may cause stress and stress is a huge factor that changes your mood.. if it's any consolation I'm tired as hell a lot too, but I drink lots and lots of coffee!Intelligence is hard earned and often painful. To get it, you must lose money; you must lose face; sometimes you even lose your way.

It could be something as simple as iodine deficiency, there are an insane number of things that could contribute. It could be a combination of things that are manifesting itself as lethargy. I'm not suggesting you jump on any sort of corrective measures btw. You should be speaking with your doc about this at length.
Have you tried to take some time off from working out?On the road to 1250

Workout wendler 5,3,1 on a upper/lower type workout, so
Upper (focus bench)
Bench 5,3,1 style
Pull ups x5 to failure
Incline bench x3 sets 10-12 reps
If I'm feeling it I might do some tri's or bi's
Lower (focus squat)
Squat 5,3,1 style
SLD x5 for 10-12 reps
Leg raises
Deads and Press days look similar to these days . Take a week out every second cycle
I don't take any supps . Thinking I might invest in some iron tabs ? What's iodine?
